A picture is worth a thousand words...

...so pictures will have to tell most of the story of what we've been up to lately. In addition to work, school, parenthood and just life in general, this is the fun stuff!

During Week of the Young Child, Brice's class had fun with tacky day.

We had a really fun day at the lake with our friends, the Camps, a few weeks ago. Believe it or not, the bigger boys DID get in the water. Yes, they froze!

A few weeks ago parents were invited to come to Sam's school and read the Governor's pre-K book selection to their child. Each child in Georgia's pre-K program was given this book with a message inside from our Governor, Sonny Perdue.

These just made me smile as I drove up my parent's driveway.

Sam's (almost) last tee ball game followed by a fun team pool party!

Mother's Day

Presentation of trophies. The coach presented each boy with a team ball and said something significant about the contribution they each made to the team throughout the season. He also gave each of them a "sporty" name...like Sam "Slammin' Sammy" Whitley. I don't think we could've asked for a better first experience in organized sports. We all had so much fun and felt sad to have the season end...

L-R...Miss Tracey, Mrs. Bradley and Mrs. Wilson. These are Sam's AWESOME pre-K teachers. I took this picture last Friday at the Parent Picnic. Now, we're off to kindergarten!!!!
