My alley cats

Our neighborhood, North Highlands, est. 1870-1936, was created around an alley system. "Back in the day" the alley was used for all the service trucks and utilities. Now, some folks still put their trash cans out there, many still drive through to access driveways or garages in the rear of their homes (like ours), and lots of us love to just stroll in the shade. My boys love to walk in the alley and look for "treasures".
